Tsuna tried to sneak money somewhere in Byakruan’s dorm to pay him back once and found triple the amount slipped into a pocket after he left. He just thinks Byakuran is a very generous very rich friend.

kimium you do not know me but I read almost all your Hitman Reborn fics because even after 10+ years this hellhole series won't let me go, and each one of your 10051 fics are like an oasis stumbled upon after days meandering in a dusty barren landscape. also your writing is just plain good.

The way I remember it that Hanahaki Disease wasn't really a trope until after the manga curled up to die with the bulk of the Fandom, but it SHAKES me that I cannot locate any Byakuran hanahaki fic. It's just unnatural feeling. Like Graham crackers and chocolate without Marshmallows. An ominous void in nature where there shouldn't be one. Light without shadows.

Please share your thoughts about 100 hanahaki to satiate this thirst of mine. Only if you want too though of course! Thank you for listening!!!

Thank you so much for this ask! You are so sweet to describe my 10051 fics as an oasis in a barren, dusty landscape. That's such a fun comparison and makes my heart warm to have such high praise.

While I also cannot exactly pinpoint when I kept seeing "Hanahaki" as a trope in fics, you are correct that it was long after the bulk of KHR was an active fandom. It certainly feels like a trope that fits Byakuran well and your analogy to a s'more without chocolate is also a very fun image. Love it.

Now, as for my thoughts on Hanahaki, let's break it down.

In general, I do not like the "traditional" hanahaki trope. However, I understand why it's popular. In fact, I wrote more "traditional" hanahaki trope fics once upon a time, so I used to like the more "traditional" trope. Unrequited love is a topic that can be cathartic for the writer and readers to explore in fiction. We've all experienced rejection (romantic, platonic/friendship, professional, etc.) and the heartbreak we feel truly feels like we are going to die. Also, flower symbolism is always Top Tier and my favourite kind of symbolism.

The main reason why I dislike the "traditional" hanahaki trope is because to me it feels very self-entitled. "You didn't return my love and thus I will die!" I cannot help but make the comparison to people who try to guilt trip someone for breaking up or not dating them.

Also, the idea of "I have to completely forget about this person" cuts off so much emotional growth and development. Yes, I know "falling out of love" is an option, but I rarely saw "traditional" hanahaki fics go that route. Makes sense though: magical amnesia is such a juicy trope (and also one of my favourites). Of course, I do not mean the traditional trope advocates it, but I cannot shake this thought out of my brain.

What I enjoy more is "seasonal hanahaki" where the symptoms are less severe and more akin to a seasonal cold/fever/mild allergies. Nothing to dismiss but also the person will recover from it with time. How the writer can set this up has a lot of flexibility which I enjoy. I've seen writers write is as literally seasonal where people who experience "seasonal hanahaki" do so in spring and fall time (where traditional cold/fever/mild allergies kick up). I've also seen people write it where the person "catches" their "seasonal hanahaki" when they first realized their feelings aren't requited.

Regardless, because this isn't deadly could you imagine the world building? The Drama! The work place or friend gossip??? This opens so many more avenues than "pity" which I find most traditional hanahaki goes towards because someone is dying.

So, where does this place Byakuran in my mind? While I am not a big fan of "traditional hanahaki fics" I think the trope suits him. Even seasonal hanahaki opens up so many avenues to explore! Could you imagine the denial he'd soak himself in?? Shouichi -obviously- loves him! They're destined to be together! The list goes on. This could lead to all sorts of irrational decisions/ways of coping for Byakuran.

Q: Why do you have so many Hibird photos in your makeup area?

A: They're from Yamamoto Ryosuke! Ryosuke receives a Hibird photo from the production team every performance, so he gives them all to Kento since he's Hibari after all. He has around 8 of them. Sometimes Ryosuke forgets to give it to him and he feels unnecessarily disappointed lmao

Q: Thoughts on receiving Hibari's role A: First he wondered a lot about how he'd portray Hibari's fighting style, and tried to portray his cloud-like, untouchable feeling. Kento was set on fighting with "pauses" and "urgency" for Hibari. Hibari's the fastest in thinking and acting, like that time when everyone was panicking about Byakuran's attack, while Hibari immediately left to check on Namimori since that's where the attack landed.

Hibari can also be misleading. When the Real 6 Funeral wreaths landed at Namimori, he was first to speak. However, just when you think he was going to propose a plan, he just states that one of them landed in Namimori, which makes you wonder just how much he loves the place haha.

That unexpectedness makes him interesting to the viewers. He tends to speak, pause in the middle, and then change his tone/aura when he continues his sentence.

Q: Thoughts on Hibari before and after playing him A: He talked about this in his blog post. After playing him, he thinks of other people more than you'd expect. He acts to protect Namimori, and as a result, saves people.

Q: Have you planned the curtain call interactions with Ryohei and Lambo beforehand? A: Nope. That was all thanks to Kimeru adlibbing, and Kento has no idea when Ryohei will jump in lol.

On a tangent, but he very much admires Kimeru for perfectly playing his role. He has already perfected the role even when they just started rehearsing. He has the formula for Lambo down pat. This makes it easy for someone to copy and stand in for him during rehearsals.

Q: Can you share more info on the action parts? A: Every week he gets the stunts instructor to teach him something new, then he practices it on his own for the rest of the week.

Apparently, he practiced while facing a tree at the park, haha. A lot of people commented, saying they want to be the tree. He was like, "No way lol". There were so many people wanting to become trees that he said they were going to turn into a forest lol.

He then talks in detail about how to do a roundhouse kick properly lmao. The left leg/standing leg is important apparently lmao. He repeats this sentence a couple of times and demonstrates it with his fingers.

Sometimes he got tired after doing it so many times. However, when he started doing 1 hour stretches everyday, it became a lot easier.

Does aftercare? (Is that the right term to use here? haha) after practice because it's a lot of strain on his left leg and arm.

Q: What are your similarities with Hibari? A: He likes to do things on his own. Hyperfocused on what he likes. Is stubborn.

Q: Thoughts on Tsuna and Hibari's relationship, and your relationship with Takenaka Ryohei A: Tsuna is an important person in Present and Future Hibari's life.

Takenaka Ryohei is amazing. He has a different reaction to Present Hibari and TYL Hibari and he can really see and feel it... Ryohei's act really contributes to Kento's own acting. It's because Ryohei reacted that way that Hibari seems even more fearsome.

Ryohei can portray Tsuna's fear of TYL!Hibari, but then also show a different reaction when he stops Present!Hibari during Choice.

Usually, it should be the protagonist who would do something proactively while everyone else reacts. As the protagonist, but it's hard to give large reactions. However, in KHR, it's often Tsuna who reacts. It's because Tsuna reacts in a certain way that you can figure out what type of person the other character is. Ryohei is amazing for being able to do that role.

Q: Was it you playing as Alaude's silhouette? A: Yes. Yamamoto also played as Ugetsu.

Random tidbit: At the part where Deisy gets caught with the huge handcuffs, they didn't have those huge handcuffs until they were at the venue lol. So they've been practicing without it until then.

That's why his actions during that scene slowly started to change, since he began to have ideas on what else he could do at that scene.

Q: Thoughts on the Hibari switch scene A: He asked viewers when they realized it wasn't Kento as Hibari onstage? On their first watch? During the stream?

Daiki tried really hard to copy Kento's Hibari, like his walk so people wouldn't catch on. Was really happy when it was decided Daiki was the one who'll be his body double. He actually thought it would be an ensemble doing it, until 2 weeks (?) into rehearsals

Q: Happenings onstage? A: He doesn't really want to talk about it... However, after he turned 25, he's become more open to his mistakes so he can talk about this now haha.

When wearing suits, he wants to look suave and used to wearing them. Having the box in his pants pocket ruins the silhouette of the suit, and so would placing it in his chest pocket, even though the latter seems cool. He talked with the costume designers to add some sort of leather pouch (?) at his waist.

However, after putting the box in and out of the pouch so many times, the leather pouch worse out and became looser. In one performance, the box dropped to the floor sometime without his notice. ("Roll rolled." LOL)

During his fight with Genkishi, he stuck his hand in the pouch while talking and realized it wasn't there. He was like, Oh Shit, lmao. Then clumsily tried to hide the fact that he has no box by taking out his hand and only showing the back of it to the audience, lmao.

He watched a clip of that performance afterwards and learned that the box fell while he did a roundhouse kick.

Also, during the fight with Deisy, he can't see anything. The lights were so bright. When he twirls the handcuffs, it has to face a certain side so that the cuff would close, but sometimes it ends up facing the wrong side, so he has to twirl it back. However, it's hard to figure out if it's facing the right side or not because of the light, so he accidentally dropped the handcuffs once.

(There were actually a few fan reports saying that Kento seemed to drop his props often lol)

Q: Thoughts on Hibari unbuttoning his suit before fighting A: When raising your arm while wearing suits, the middle part scrunches open and he doesn't like that. He wants Hibari to look flawless, so he tried to make it part of the act to unbutton the suit.

He doesn't do this for the part where he trains Tsuna, since he doesn't want to make it like Hibari's doing it for appearances. He tries to make it seem like it's an act Hibari does when he expects a good fight.

Q: Any special training? A: He has a lower center of gravity because he played ice hockey seriously for 9 years. He's jealous of actors who took karate and dance since they are useful skills as an actor. He believes that playing ice hockey and balancing on ice skates really contributed to doing action scenes.

Q: Do you do any weight/muscle training? A: He used to go to the gym, but stopped because of covid. He apparently started classic ballet recently. He likes gaining strength without getting too bulked up. Before he hated wearing tight clothes, but now he has embraced it lmao

Q: Any KHR weapons he would like to try? A: He likes Japanese swords, so he likes Yamamoto's sword style.

When Chrome was handed the Devil Lens, he wondered how one would fight with it? How do you make it look like you use it often? Do you twirl it like a pen?

He's seen James' whip skills live during Secret Bullet and was very impressed that James was able to use them to the fullest. It's a weapon you can more easily hurt yourself with after all.

During rehearsals, there wasn't a center door to come out from, so he had to wait at the sides while Dino and Deisy were fighting. Hibari often comes out from the center door, so he calls Hibari a "Center Door Guy", lol.

Q: Judging from how fast you changed into the yukata during curtain call, are you the type of person who changes clothes fast? A: He has to change from suit to yukata in 1 minute and 30 seconds and be careful not to make Hibari look sloppy, so he was really worried about it... That's why you'd see him touching his collar from time to time.

Final Words

He asks fans to answer the Reborn! The Stage questionnaire and request for a rerun of the Future arc stage plays. They were able to change the future in Future arc, so he believes we can change the future in real life as well. A rerun isn't impossible in his opinion.

Basil and Bel went to the same mafia school and were rivals™️ because the varia and the CEDEF hated each other

Berserk went to mafia elementary school and was bullied for being a nerd and spitefully decided to become a hero.

Futa was so calm when he was kidnapped for his quirk by muruko because he has been kidnapped so many times for being one of the worlds best informats while being like 8 or younger and being defenseless. That he’s lost track of how many times he’s been kidnapped.

The ranking book is part of futas quirk and grows in size as he grows so it’s always half his size. Futa was born holding it too.

This isn’t a headcannon but it needs to be said that Futa once ranked which mafioso has the least spending money and Bel was number 1 so Bel is very very broke I’m assuming Bel got #1 in brokeness cause his country has a lot of debt

Byakuran made each of his funeral wreaths along with tsuna, uni and Kai’s birthdays as national holidays in North Korea

An unofficial national holiday IE (byakuran didn’t make it a holiday but North Korean citizens did) is the day that byakuran assasinated the previous king and became king.

South Korea is very conflicted on whether or not byakuran is a villain cause on one hand they have a good relationship with Japan and America both of which hate byakuran but on the other hand like half the country works for byakuran and gets really good work benefits and follows him on Mnet

Fran cyberbullys heroes

Izuku used to cyber bully heroes in the last timeline before everything went horribly wrong but doesn’t anymore cause he feels bad for murdering hawks and all the other heroes

A few pro heroes tried to set up shop in namiori but they got bitten to death and moved away from namiori and due to primos protection they can’t remember why the idea of namiori fills them with terror.

Muruko has no concept of how much money things cost cause the first time he’s ever needed money or generally experienced the economy at all was when he was like 14/15 years old.

Have I mentioned how much I love it when someone sends me an ask like this? Because I do. A lot. Even if there are things that I have to disprove, if only because I would feel bad if I didn't.

I always just assumed that Varia homeschooled Bel. The idea that he went to mafia school and at the same time with Basil never even occurred to me but you have opened my eyes to new possibilities.

I don't want to give too much info on Berserk since I like him being a bit of a mystery, but he didn't actually go to mafia school.

Both parts about Fuuta are absolutely true. This little child is just used to people chasing him and trying to kidnap him. I'm not sure if that was more or less canon, but I do remember he was chased by the mafia at least? And him being born with the book is so neat and would fit. I mean, it would have to be an endless book to accommodate for all new rankings anyways, so it makes total sense.

Bel is broke because a tiny child who ran away from his country didn't think to take any money with him because he didn't even realize that would become a problem eventually. So, yeah, Bel is probably broke. Except he gets paid by Varia... but he did learn from his time as a child and doesn't like spending money unless he absolutely has to. If he can make someone else pay for something, he will.

Byakuran absolutely did. And not only did the citizen make the day he killed the previous president a holiday, they and the Funeral Wreaths made Byakuran's birthday a national holiday, too.

South Korea has no idea how to handle Byakuran and the situation with North Korea. They're just shrugging their shoulders because, well, what are they supposed to do about any of it?

Better yet, Tsuna and Enma have a podcast where they rant about how ridiculous their lives in general are, which is basically just ranting about the mafia. On the other hand, Enma is also a recurring guest at Tsuna's other podcast with Byakuran where he rants about heroes. It's not as well known, since, you know, ranting about heroes and all, but those who find it love it. Izuku is also a recurring guest, and some other mafiosi make appearances too.

You say Fran cyberbullies heroes, but you don't mention Bel doing the same, just because? Shame on you.

I don't think the Funeral Wreaths would, though? Or maybe they would. Izuku wouldn't want them to since he doesn't care about Bakugou, so that's why anonymously... but I can't imagine them doing it systematically. Maybe an occasional negative comment, but nothing beyond that.

If any hero actually ever managed to get past Giotto's protection to begin with, at least. But if they did and got chased away, they definitely wouldn't have a clue.

In regards to KHR, it’s hard to find any ship that I didn’t consider, because there was a time when I went crazy thinking of all sorts of ships (boy/boy, boy/girl, girl/girl. Don't test me). Still, there is an answer because this ship started it all. Hibari x Haru lol. At the time they were my favorite female and male character in KHR. My friend joked and said, “If you love them both so much, just ship them together.” History was made that day. Coincidentally I’ve cosplayed both. I will never show them off because they aren’t good lol. That started my descent down: This is fun, let’s ship almost anything I can find. Ships didn't necessarily have to be romantic either. I love exploring friendships and also just sibling dynamics as well. Haru adopting people? Yes please. 

E - Have you added anything cracky/hilarious to your fandom? If so, what?

I feel like I’m a troll in general, so I have added something cracky to any fandom that I’m in. Two things I can think of atop my head are ‘you reblogged a dare meme and you dare think I won’t ask Mukuro/Hibari/Alaude/Daemon to wear cat ears? HA!!!! YOU THOUGHT!!’. Another would be that I like puns, so if I see my chance to pun in a meme, I will. I always ask first before I send, however. It usually results in silliness, as you could imagine and Haru running away in fear.

L - Say something genuinely nice about a character who isn’t one of your faves. (Characters you’re neutral about are fair game, as are characters you merely dislike. Characters that you absolutely loathe with the fire of ten thousand suns are exempt, as there is no point in giving yourself an aneurysm over a character that you hate.)

I guess I’m neutral about Dr.Shamal so he should count? Mn...despite the way he is with women and the way he refuses to treat male patients, he’s a smart guy and talented at what he does. He was also utilized well in putting Gokudera’s character into perspective more. Additionally, he is a good example of, ‘Haru will punch you out if you cross the boundaries,’ and I appreciate him for that. His sacrifice wasn’t in vain. Never forget how he is the reason why Mukuro was able to use Sakura blossoms against Hibari in the first place. This man--- the damage he has caused.

P - Invent a random AU for any fandom (we always need more ideas).

I’m assuming this is asking for me to create an AU for Haru as she’s placed in a different fandom. If that’s correct, I am going to casually pretend that I don’t know the difference between a fandom and a genre by going: “I’ve been reading way too many isekai recently and I think it would be funny to consider Haru getting sent to an otome or something and her being a super sassy and head strong FL. Watch her instantly try to change her identity or run away from bad male leads with all her might. I would live for this, thank you. Haru is also smart and adapts well, so she’d be able to adapt to whatever world setting she’s put in and she doesn’t hate studying, so she’d be able to pick up on the intricacies of her new world. Mainly, I just want a FL who will actually smack the life out of a ML if he’s being a POS. I NEED THIS. It’s emotional healing.

H - What is your favorite source text for fandom stuff (e.g., TV shows, movies, books, anime, Western animation, etc.)?

I really like sourcing things in novels or manga/manhwa/manhua a lot. Animated sources are good too, but it’s much quicker for me to go through something that’s written, so I tend to prefer those now days. Anything that’s easier for me to binge is A+.

A - Ships that you currently like a lot. (They don’t have to be OTPs because not everyone has OTPs.) Friendships, pairings, threesomes, etc. are allowed.

I’m answering strictly based off this blog in it’s current state, else you’ll be here forever. If I talk about ships in KHR in general, you’ll actually be here forever. No @ tags bc I’m feeling shy today. I personally love the dynamic between Gokudera and Haru (platonic or romantic). I’ve historically liked BelHaru, and it looks like it may become a thing in RPC as well. Haru is warily staring from a comfortable distance atm. Haru has a friendly relationship with a Byakuran at the moment. They’re baking a cake! She is generally very friendly with any Tsuna I encounter.

Ravein/Pino… yeah, I self-thread sometimes. Haru has a sibling kinda dynamic with Ravein which is really just a friendship dynamic. It’s the same with Pino. Mizumachi and Haru are both energetic, hyper buddies. Hibari—I aim for just a casual lowkey friendship kinda dynamic. Shame in self-threading? Never heard of her.

The best way to describe her relationship with Zelman in a ‘Black Blood Brothers’ au is ‘hey I just moved into the territory you lord. Hello!’ I think this would go down a friendship route and I’m so for it. Kajika from ‘Hanasakeru Seishonen’ has a friendship with Haru and they just get along swimmingly well. I think the mun for Rentaro ‘Black Bullet’ returned, so I think he can count. Haru has a friendship with him and they’re cooking buddies! They joined a cooking association together!

Haru also has friendships with Emi (KHR oc), and Luca (KHR oc), both of which are in the Varia!au setting that I have for Haru. Emi in particular, Haru has decided to adopt her as a little sis and will pummel anyone who bullies her. Luca--- sometimes in conjunction with Ravein (my OC) drive Haru insane. It’s a trio of dumb, dumbest, and ‘hey I’m the dumbest!’.

The ‘ships’ that I have with Haru are usually always friendship and ‘hey I’m arbitrarily adopting you’ and I love it.

G - Have you ever had an OTP? If so, do you remember your first one? Who was in it?

Eh--- in RPC, my very first one... I believe, was GokuHaru. I currently have a GokuHaru (A different blog) in an AU for a TYL setting. I think I got very close to HibaHaru before, which is, a guilty pleasure ship of mine. Haru is treading into BelHaru territory right now in RPC and that is also, a guilty pleasure ship of mine. In the distant past there was also a TsuHaru (I know, I know, shocking) which was a reincarnated lovers Yakuza AU. That was a fun one. Also in the distant past, there was an AU for a MukuHaru as well. Le kek. I am a multi-ship blog and all ships have existed in different worlds/universes, therefore they all quality as an OTP in their own specific verse. I cheated, yes.

Pro-tip: I may warily stare from afar if shipping is a topic, but the moment you suggest an AU SHIP? I’m down. To further explain, these AU ships have always taken place in a very different timeline/world than what we know in KHR. So therefore I can feel all the freedom to do as I please and figure out characterizations based off what I need.  

PS. in regard to KHR in general, my first OTP was GokuHaru and GokuYama. Le kek.

O - Choose a song at random. Which ship or character does it remind you of?

I took my library of songs and randomized. I got: ‘Get Off My Back’ by Bryan Adams and Eliot Kennedy. So, by the vibe of the music, the first things that come to mind are either GokuHaru or BelHaru, I’m not going to lie. Now… who is saying these words, I’ll leave it to the imagination. I really like this song, but I really like the cover by Jonathan Young.

R - Which friendship/platonic relationship is your favorite in fandom?

Oh—that’s hard. Friendship dynamics are so fun! I really like Ryohei and Hibari’s dynamic together which could be depicted as friendship. The friendship between a lot of the guardians is just //chef kiss. However, the TRUE SHOW STOPPER in my heart is the friendship between the girls. I really love how all the girls build each other up and always support each other. I love it so much. Especially when the girls are there for Chrome, I CRY. When they support Yuni, I CRY. When I think about how big sis Bianchi looks after the girls and teaches them things- I CRY. I just cry. I love all the friendships in KHR, but the ones the girls share with each other wins in my book. I don’t take criticisms.

Ramblings about an old fanfic idea

Ya'll I just dug out a story from the old dusty, dusty boxes in the back of my memory. I thought of it back when I read a ton of KHR fanfics. I was really into those fanfics where Tsuna gets reborn/accidentally switches into a parallel universe (anybody remember those??). So of course I made my own too (never wrote it, just daydreamed about it lol). But I wanna share it, so here's a part of it in a nutshell, sort of.

Anyway, basically the story starts with Tsuna getting shot and dying. Well not really. The thing is, the guys who shot him bought some special bullets from a shady mafia business, and they wanted bullets that will 100% kill Tsuna (because he's the Vongola Decimo and he won't be going out by a simple bullet pff) but surprise surprise, they accidentally gave them the wrong bullets! So now those bullets won't kill Tsuna, they will just send his body to another universe, but the bad guys don't know that. Well I mean, they figure it out after they can't see the body but by then Tsuna's Guardians got the situation under control.

[One thing worth noting is that in this story Tsuna is like 16 (everyone's ages matched to that too of course) he's already the Decimo and a bit more experienced and -sort of- more mature, he still has his moments though.]

After this point the story splits into two, one where we follow Tsuna and what he's doing in the parallel universe, and one where the whole gang back home is trying to figure out where Tsuna even is and how to get him back. For now I will only tell you a bit about what Tsuna is doing in the beginning :)

Okay so, Tsuna wakes up, in the middle of nowhere, his Vongola ring gone (did he leave it behind? Tsuna hopes he'll find it), and veryyyy confused. "Pretty sure I got shot, but- no wounds?" he thinks. But he gets up, dusts himself off and tries to figure out where he is. He realizes after a while that he's in Italy. Great, very good starting point to figure stuff out.

He gets to Sicily, slicks his hair out of his face for harder recognition (debatable if it works, but it still looks good anyway) and asks around a bit about the Mafia (he knows how to get information and from where, Reborn made sure to teach him that) and can you guess? Even though it's the same date that he remembers from his universe, there is still no Vongola Decimo in sight (although, some said he was still in training, those were the ones deeper in the mafia, Tsuna figured). Another thing he noticed is nobody even batted an eye at how he looked, even those who saw pictures of the would-be-Decimo, which means that they must look at least a bit different. Weird, but can happen. Anything else seems the same in the Mafia as he remembered it being. His next step would be trying to get home, he could ask Byakuran for help (his buddy through all universes). But he has no idea where he is! And that guy is like impossible to track down.

So he thinks for a bit and makes an arguably not-so-wise decision, but he wants to do this and Decimo in this universe or not, he still is one back home! He can handle this, he thinks, let's hope he's right.

This is a ‘Voldemort won’ story where Harry stumbles back into the British Wizarding World and somehow Voldemort becomes his mentor. NOT Dark!Harry. That’s what’s so wonderful. You can see how the circumstances and changes in history led to everyone becoming the way they did while still being true to themselves.

Timely Errors by Worfe - [Harry Potter] A short sweet Harry-travels-to-the-Marauders-time fic. This actually has my favorite version of Harry.

Across the Universe by mira mirth - [Oneshot, time travel] This is… totally tropetastic and great. lmao. Like, you’ve got cynical Harry dimension traveling to a world where their Harry died that fateful Halloween night and James and Lily survived. The BWL is Neville. But it’s all from James’ pov who is simultaneously happy to have his first son back but is incredibly aware that Harry’s not what they expected to be.

Full circle by tetsurashian - [HUMOR, Harry/Voldemort] An absolute blast. This fic is so so fun. Harry and Voldemort/Tom have been in a neverending cycle of rebirth until they ended up in what seems to be their original timeline. There are all these amazing omake snapshots of their previous lives at the end of some chapters which are seriously amazing. My favorite so far is the life where they’re both girls who end up ruling their strict all girls-boarding school with an iron fist. lmao.

Ibex by AgeOfAlejandro - I will never get over how relieved I am I stumbled upon this fic again on AO3 after I thought I’d lost it forever years ago during one of FF.net’s purges. Uhh… how to explain this one. It’s Dark Lord Potter. The best version of dark!Harry imo. He’s manipulative and ruthless, but he still loves. All those things that make him care about people is still there. It’s just taken a backseat to what he feels is necessary. Last updated in 2012, so I’m not sure the author will come back to it, but it’s worth reading all the same.

Icarus by budchick - [Oneshot, Harry/Tom Riddle] It’s been a while since I read this. But Harry ends up in a world where Tom Riddle is raised by Tom Riddle Senior. It’s… well. He’s trying? But having a witch-boy who does some really scary shit and keeps traumatizing the servants is very stressful. Lol.

Ghost by cywscross - [time travel] I am a trope whore. loool. So. We’ve got adult Naruto (aka Yuurei) time traveling to when his younger self was still with the original Team 7 to start off.  And, I gotta say I love it when the older self mentors the younger version of themselves trope. The Guardian Crow by dianamoth - [SI OC] SI is reincarnated as a summons. It’s such a good idea that makes way for a less complicated life when compared to other SIs honestly. So It’s good to relax with. 

With Nothing On My Tongue by sunshineinwriting - [team 7-centric] Naruto’s use of the kage bunshin changes a lot of things in how he absorbs information and matures. It sends a ripple down to everyone. Badass little child soldiers everywhere.

Claws Amidst the Cracks by Undead Artist - [OC-centric] Not quite self-insert, but OC-centric. And INCREDIBLY BRUTAL. Definitely heed the warnings. It’s super intense and fucked up, and made me cry so many times. OC wakes up as Sasuke in the aftermath of the massacre. OC, who is from our world, did not have a great life either. Anyway, it’s brilliantly written and I love it, but I know some people just cannot with how graphic it can get.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn!

Chroma Diamonds by Brick - [KHR, R27, 2772, R2772, AU] Slow burn, best burn. We’re nowhere near the romance bits, and it’s fantastic. The set up is: No one came to train this universe’s Tsuna (and yes, other dimensions existing is a plot point) and he grows up kind of twisted with his Flame sealed. Tsuna’s not… a bad person per se. But without anyone there to kick his ass into gear, he makes decisions that would probably freak out canon!Tsuna. Lots of Flame lore and culture. Namimori is a mafia retirement town. Ayye.

Colorire by The_Plot_Bunny_Whisperer - Just a feel-good SkyArcobaleno!Tsuna fic, good to relax with.

Welkin by Shivani - Another SkyArcobaleno!Tsuna fic. This one’s… huh, actually the only bashing fic on this list actually. Lol.

Metamorphose by tuesday and The Great Boondoggle by Masu_Trout - [Oneshots] These are written by two separate authors but they follow similar themes and characterizations of Frisk which I adore. Which is that Frisk isn’t some sweet baby angel. All those possible choices that the player can make in Undertale? Yea, that’s part of their history. Frisk made those choices to kill or be killed, to commit genocide, or be a pacifist. Chara isn’t a separate entity that exists as a convenient scapegoat who possessed them. All those awful and wonderful things are part of their personality. It’s great. That said, neither of these fics are heavy/angsty.

Whispers in Corners by esama - [HP x Sherlock, Harry/Mycroft] Harry makes a living as a “psychic” calling up the spirits of the dead. Mycroft hires him to tie up some loose ends, and they end up building a relationship.

Impetus by Crunchysunrises - [BtVS x Hunger Games] Buffy ends up in District 12. Which implies there’s more to life outside the Districts which is a no go for the Capital. So barely even understanding each other’s language, Buffy is “chosen” for the Hunger Games. It’s amazing. Because Buffy’s this sweet delicate looking valley girl who likes makeup and looking good, but she can still kick the ass out of anyone in the Districts, and they don’t see it coming.

Summary: In a different lifetime, Tsuna never became a boss. In a different lifetime, Mukuro destroyed the Vongola family. In a different lifetime, a new set of Arcbaleno were born.

This is your power, Primo wrote in a different lifetime, with ink as black as the secrets he had to carry. The power to save lives, to change destinies, to alter history.

Midway through the letter, he paused. The sound of children laughing filtered in through the window like sunlight, bathing his study in warmth. No matter how often he heard the sound, it still took him by surprise every time.

This was not the town of his childhood.

Leaning back on his chair, he closed his eyes and listened. He had never expected to get here when he started. All those years ago, he had only hoped to save one person, to help just a single child. Now he had done all that and more. What used to be a village of desperation had turned into a place of hope.

“What are you doing?”

Opening his eyes, Primo spotted G standing at the doorway. As always, he shifted uncomfortably at the entrance. There was something about the carefully lined up books, the trappings of formality, that made his right hand man antsy. “Nothing.”

G glanced at the desk, at the quill still in Primo’s hands, and didn’t comment on the obvious lie. “We have a meeting.”

“I had forgotten.” Primo carefully folded his letters and placed them in an envelope before affixing a seal on red wax. Turning it over, he held his quill over the front of the envelope. A goblet of ink dropped, and then another—who was he sending this to? His children? The Simone family? His guardians?

“Primo?”

“Let’s go.” He set down the quill and stood up. There was no point in considering the address any further. Stopping by the fireplace, he dropped the letters in and watched them shrink into nothing.

He was never going to send them anyways. At least, not in this lifetime.

“This is your power,” a baby with a gun said, his face hidden in shadow. “The power to topple governments, crush your enemies, and conquer countries.”

Tsuna stared blankly. “Huh?” A baby was talking to him. Was he still sleeping in class? Pinching his cheek hard, he felt a sharp sting of pain.

Nope, he was definitely still awake.

“I am not repeating myself.” The baby gave him deadpan stare, almost a glare. Actually, it was a glare and Tsuna took a step back. Babies shouldn’t be able to shoot or talk but this one looked like he could kill.

If this wasn’t a dream, this had to be reality. Even if that made no sense. Even if there was absolutely no way that it would make sense. Tsuna might be an idiot and he might be failing every single class he was in, but even he knew that there was no reconciling what he was witnessing with common sense.

“I’m here to tutor you,” the baby continued, gesturing for him to enter his house. “To prepare you for the mafia.”

“The…mafia…” It sounded like something out of a manga or a movie. Tsuna rubbed his eyes but the baby was still there. “The guns-and-murder mafia?”

“You will be the next Decimo.” The baby kept talking as though Tsuna wasn’t interrupting him every other sentence. Why were there babies in the mafia? “You will inherit it all in a few years.”

Tsuna took a step back. “No.”

For the first time, the baby responded. “What?”

“No,” Tsuna mumbled, shaking his head furiously.

“What?” The baby cocked his head and Tsuna sensed danger.  Absolutely no good would come from dealing with this not-baby. Even the gun didn’t seem like the scariest thing about him. “Would you repeat that?”

In one reality, Tsuna would have reluctantly accepted his duty, out of love for his friends in family. He would make a great Decimo, changing just what it meant to be in the mafia.

 But that was not in this reality. In this reality, Tsuna was just a scared teenager staring down the barrel of a gun.

 “No!” With that vehement refusal, he turned tail and ran from his destiny.

“This is your power,” Tsuna offered, holding out his hand. “Our power, the power to protect, to help.”

His hand was slapped away and Tsuna was left with a total of three guardians. A total of maybe three guardians because Yamamoto and Ryohei didn’t seem to really get what he was saying and Gokudera always seemed to be one realization away from leaving him.

“…you need more tutoring,” was all Reborn had to say in response. It wasn’t even in his usual sharp manner. There was a little resignation, a little disappointment.

If you had told him a few weeks ago he would crave the approval of a child, Tsuna would have laughed. As it was, even though he still didn’t want anything to do with the mafia, he didn’t like failing at this too. But he was Tsuna. Tsuna who flopped at everything he tried. Tsuna who couldn’t even talk to the girl he liked or get good marks. A no-good failure of a person. What more could they expect?

“I’ll try again,” he mumbled, the best he could promise.

As the days passed, the remaining three rings sat on his dresser, mocking him.

“This is your power,” Mukuro laughed, holding up the Ninth’s bloodied and limped body. “The power of the mafia, the power that I will destroy with my own hands.”

He let go, letting the Vongola head fall to the ground with a sickening crack. Lying on the ground, Tsuna could barely lift his head and witness the fall of an empire. Around him, his friends lay unconscious, bone peeking out of flesh from where Mukuro had hit them.

“Why?” he gasped and Mukuro’s attention snapped back to him.

“Still awake, are you?” Grinning like a chesire cat, he walked toward the prone boy. “I warned you what would happen.”

“I know…” Tsuna coughed, blood dribbling down his lips. Shit, it was internal, too. “But I thought…”

“What?” Mukuro raised an eyebrow before smoothly crouching. Leaning on his staff, he lowered his head to Tsuna’s eye level. “You thought we were friends?” When Tsuna didn’t reply, he chuckled. “I told you before what I wanted. You chose not to believe me.”

“I thought...” Tsuna’s hands gripped the broken concrete. “All those times…”

“Decimo.” The words came out like a hiss, a mocking respect. “Despite what you may think, I never once altered my course. This is what I wanted. This is what I always wanted.”

He got up now and flicked the blood off his trident. It splattered on Tsuna’s face. Looking down at his handiwork, Mukuro tilted his head. “I think I’ll leave you alive, to witness your folly.”

“This is my power,” Xanxus offered the Vongola, his smirk sharp as a razor. “The power to take, to crush, to conquer.”

There was nothing to say to that, no challenge to offer. Nono was on his deathbed and very little remained of Tsuna and his guardians. Even if that weren’t the case, the battle was lost. By the rules, Xanxus had won.

By the rules, the Vongola had a new Decimo.

“We recognize and accept your status,” a Cervello finally said.

Xanxus’s smirk grew bigger. “Like I fucking needed your approval.”

“This is power,” Byakuran sang happily as he stripped the ring from the Decimo’s bloodied hand. “The power to rule every time line, every universe, everything.”

Scattered around him were the Vongola family, their bodies lying in craters and hanging off trees. It was surprising how easy it was to defeat them all. Life was a game and in this one, he had no rivals. Turning around, he spotted Shoichi running toward him with a briefcase.

“Here!” Panting lightly, Shoichi stopped next to him. “I brought them.”

“Thanks! You didn’t have to run, you could have just walked.” With an easy grin, Byakuran opened up the case. Seven pacifiers, six Vongola rings, and around him were the seven Mare rings. This was it then. This was everything he had worked for. Carefully, he slotted in the Vongola sky ring into its place.

With bated breath, he waited for something to happen. For anything to happen. Some internal or external change, something that indicated he now had command over everything.

“Why?” He had the rings and the pacifiers. There was nothing left. “Nothing is happening.”

“Nothing?” Shoichi peered down into the case. “Maybe we need to wait a little longer?”

“No.” Tapping the sky pacifier, he frowned. It was almost like the pacifiers were dead. He was missing something. With a sigh, he announced, “We failed.”

“Failed?�� Shoichi rubbed his ears, as though to confirm what he heard. “How?”

“That’ll be up to another me to find out.” His smile dropped as he passed the info to his other existences. This world was a dead end now. A different Byakuran would have to succeed. He picked up the sky pacifier with a grimace.

He had been so close.

“This is your power,” a broken man from a broken family said derisively. “The power to destroy families, to cover up truths, to hurt innocents.”

“It—it isn’t, you’re wrong!” Tsuna croaked out, futilely grabbing Enma’s hand as it choked him.  Power, he needed more power. Enma’s eyes were dark and full of fury, offering no quarter, no mercy.

“We have been hunted and destroyed because of the Vongola,” Enma hissed, his voice low and full of contempt. “We have lost everything because of you.”

“There…a mistake…there has to be…” Tsuna gasped. It was hard to breathe and his fingers clawed on Enma’s arm. “We can…change…fix…”

“There is no fix.” Enma snorted. “Everyone is in the Vindice now; I’m all that’s left.”

There was no response this time, no false promises or hopes. Enma released his former friend’s limp body. Even death was too good for him.

“With his death, you are the winner,” the Vindice announced as they appeared.

Winner. Enma laughed. The word never sounded so hollow.

“This is your power,” a joker with a wide grin announced. “The power of the Arcobaleno, the power that will save the world.”

Before Tsuna could react, the pacifier was around his neck. A collar, it choked him and he crumpled to the ground. “What—Reborn!”

His tutor didn’t respond. Lying face down on the ground, he didn’t so much as twitch. Checker Face bent down and prodded the baby. “I think he’s dead.”

“No!” Tsuna clawed at the pacifier but it burned, his whole body burned. He was losing something, losing pieces of himself, and fire ran through his veins. “Get…it…off…”

“No, no, that’s not how it works!” With a grin, Checker Face walked up to the prone boy and gently tapped the pacifier. “It’s yours now—you can’t give it back.”

“Re…born…” Tsuna reached out to his tutor, fingers trembling. However, he couldn’t reach and the effort was too much. Darkness tinged the edges of his sight and his adversary’s face loomed over his.

“Don’t worry, it’ll only hurt at first. Then you’ll be a proper Arcobaleno.” He tapped his chin, considering it. “Though, maybe I should erase your memories of this—it’d be hard to pick another set if you knew what would happen.”

“No…don’t…” The last thing Tsuna saw was a wide grin and then all was dark.

“Did you use your power again?” A voice stirred Byakuran out of his revere. Looking up, he saw Yuni sit on the ground next to him.  

“Yes!” He grinned as she leaned against the tree, her face barely peeking out from under the brim of her white hat. Though maybe calling it a hat was charitable.

“See anything interesting?”

He considered it for a moment. “You die a lot. But not in this timeline.”

“That’s good.” Yuni looked across the park at Reborn. With the curse removed, he was no longer pint sized. Noticing their stare, he tipped his hat. Yuni waved back cheerfully. “Uncle was really happy. I…I’m glad I don’t have to die this time.”

“No, you don’t.” Byakuran went back to watching everyone at the party. Humming, he added, “I couldn’t find a single universe where I ruled everything.”

Yuni gripped his hand lightly, beaming up at him. “That’s good, too.”

Her touch grounded him. Under a tree, Chrome was chatting with Mukuro. There was a world where he rotted in prison, a world where he died escaping, a world where Chrome didn’t make it past the car accident. Near them, Yamamoto was playing baseball and Ryohei was eating with his sister and Haru. Byakuran had seen worlds where Yamamoto was a star baseball player, where Ryohei got badly injured in a boxing match. There were times where the entire Vongola was wiped out and others where they wiped out everything.

There were many realities to choose from, many to live through. Yuni’s hand was warm and firm, still not releasing him. If she died, he wasn’t sure what he’d do. He wasn’t sure if he even wanted to find out.

“It is, it is,” he sang back instead. He was in this world. There was no need to consider the other possibilities.

Nearby, Enma and Tsuna sat under a tree, quietly drinking a cup of sake. In the Decimo’s hand, there was a letter and he cleared his throat. “I found these the other day, locked in the old study.”

“What is it?” Enma took a small sip as everyone’s attention returned to the Vongola head.

“Letters written by Primo.” Clearing his throat, Tsuna started to read them aloud and Byakuran closed his eyes with a small smile. So the letters had survived in this timeline.

This is your power. The power to save lives, to change destinies, to alter history.

Perhaps those words were for him. However, he was done changing history and altering destiny.

Byakuran had found his timeline.

Of the inequality of palindromes

What it is : A canon divergence in which Noatak and Tarrlok leave together, build the Equalists much earlier, and the world once more descends into war. Avatar Aang is killed, Equalists occupy most of Earth Kingdom and spread the mercy of the Spirits-sent brothers who will make all equal, and a young Korra is raised behind the walls of the Northern Water Tribe. Also Jet is here, somehow, and would probably be one of the PoV characters, maybe along with Tarrlok ?

Why I want to write it : Lots of potential here for a lot of stuff, I’ve always loved Tarrlok and Noatak’s story, I already made a few sketches after the inciting dream and I kind of like what this all looks like. Lots of situations, lots of characters, lots of trauma. I feel like it could work with a non-chronological storytelling - or at least less chronological than A viper-lizard’s tales - and I’m curious to see how I would go about structuring that.

Why I don’t want to : The Timeline Is Fucked !!! I seriously have no idea what would be going on with the dates and ages of most characters and just trying to figure out and make sense of that stuff is killing me. Also, it would be Long, and Viper-lizard will probably have exhausted me by the time I finish it, so starting another long fic would be. HHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Ace Attorney

What it is : A canon divergence in which bratty prosecutor Miles Edgeworth and Diego “I think I am a good person but I’m barely there” Armando somehow join forces to take down Dahlia. They’re both douchebags who despise each other. It’s a great collaboration. They meet one young and innocent Phoenix Wright at the legal library and it’s all downhill from there.

Why I want to write it : Douchebag duo !! Reluctantly working together !! I want these two to interact and to barely resist kicking each other in the shins like the little brats they are. And well, I’ve already made Content(TM) for this, so I’d say it speaks to how much I like the idea. There is a scenario somewhere in my mind and in the sketches I did.

Why I don’t want to : I’m barely in this fandom anymore (if I ever really was) and I don’t like research. What the fuck is a legalese and do I need to know it to write about lawyers ? Whatever the answer may be, I’ll have to look shit up, and it will take time, and I’ll get distracted, and the fic will never write itself.

Hannibal (NBC)

Ode au pêcheur (long ver.)

What it is : A role-reversal AU, in which Hannibal is not a cannibal but still a psychiatrist, and Will is a teacher and profiler with a, uh, taste for uncommon meats. They still meet during the Shrike case, which is what the current Ode au pêcheur is about, and this would be the following events.

Why I want to write it : For one, I already wrote a short piece for this verse, so jot that down. But also I want to explore the change in dynamics, and also Hannibal being completely fucked up but in a different way. And writing Will as this kind of mysterious and fascinating being through Hannibal’s eyes... yeah, that’d be good.

Why I don’t want to : I spent hours reading the scripts, deciding what I would and would not keep, how to phrase it, for a 878 words standalone. I do Not want to know what I’d do with a long fic.

Six Sibylline Books (oracles willfully blind)

What it is : A Psycho Pass AU, with Will as an Enforcer specializing in profiling, having been declared a Latent Criminal since he was 6, because of his high empathy. He lives in fear of the day his Coefficient will reach 300. Hannibal is, of course, criminally asymptomatic, and working as a therapist for the government.

Why I want to write it : Let’s be honest, these two in the Sibyl System would be a fucking mess, and I for one am here for it. Mostly I want to see Will struggle with his place in this world, and watch what his Becoming would be like. Hannibal as a worse version of Makishima who just does shit for fun is terrible too, I love it. He probably wouldn’t even try to do a revolution and pretend to help people, the asshole.

Why I don’t want to : I Would Die. Two very complicated shows with literary references and philosophy mixed in just about every sentence, and a very well-rounded world as the setting ? Instant death. Or a very slow one, induced by the constant need to reference every little detail.

What it is : A noir AU in which Daniel Law is a hardboiled detective who has been looking for answers regarding the disappearance of his younger twin brother for the past three years. A two-parters (by which I mean, two fics of consequent length, or a Huge fic with two very long main arcs), with the first case introducing the world through Steven A Starphase being accused of murder and needing Daniel’s help to find the real culprit. Turns out he didn’t do This murder but is also a crime lord involved in the disappearance of many other people, reigniting Daniel’s quest for answers. The second case is actually much more focused on the actual investigation surrounding Marcus’ disappearance, with Daniel gaining an apprentice in the person of Leonardo Watch, and learning to let go of the past a little.

Why I want to write it : I made a 5 page comic of the very first scene in 20 days. I just really like the noir aesthetics, and also Daniel. I have something resembling the beginning of an actual plot. I love Daniel. Did I mention I love Daniel ? It would be very interesting to have to actually think things in advance and build a case that makes sense.

Why I don’t want to : It would be so much work !! Two parts ?? Two fics for one story ? Or even just a Mega Fic - I would just fucking die. Also, while having to figure out how to build a case that makes sense is a fine challenge, it’s also a Lot of work, especially when I’m more the type of writer to figure stuff out as it comes, or to plan for Big Emotional moments and then turn the plot around it so that it all works organically. I’m not really a planner of plots, more of scenes. Plots kinda just happen. And that doesn’t fly for detective stories if you want it to be decent.

Psycho Pass

The blind Sibylla (long ver.)

What it is : A canon divergence directly following the events of The blind Sibylla (in which Akane shot Makishima during episode 11). Makishima didn’t die but is injured, still somehow escapes ; meanwhile Akane is kind of scouted by Sibyl because she shot a guy with the intention to kill him and her Crime Coefficient didn’t rise, and she considers the offer. Kogami gets a phone call that leaves him sick to his stomach, and he too has to make a choice.

Why I want to write it : I mean, I already wrote two short chapters on impulse, so it’s more of “why I want to continue it”. Anyway the answer is that I’ve got ideas and I want to see where they go. Also if I can get Kagari and Choe Gu Sung to stay alive that would be swell.

Why I don’t want to : Psycho Pass Is Complicated. The worldbuilding is on point, but that also means fucking it up is incredibly easy. Also the literary references. It would be a lot more work than I am used to putting into my writing and I really don’t feel like memorizing the wiki and constantly rewatching the series just to get everything as accurate as possible.

Reborn

The illusion of love and the reality of hate

What it is : A TYL 186918 story about Hibari and Mukuro navigating their hate-relationship and trying to make it work. Especially after Mukuro was thought to have been killed by Byakuran. Would involve Mukuro asking Ryohei for advice because he is literally the only person in a stable relationship who has any idea what he’s doing, and also he knows what Hibari is like. A contract is drafted. I’m not saying Mukuro and Hibari get hate-married but. They get hate-married. Kind of.

Why I want to write it : I’ve wanted to explore a full-blown, healthy blackrom for a while now, and these two are one of my oldest ships, and also one I’ve written a lot for in the past. Love me a good mix of fucked up shit and humor. And boy would there be fucked up shit between these two.

Why I don’t want to : Two words : Sex Scenes. I can’t imagine this story (or this relationship, for that matter) without sex, as it would be one of the most primal way they have of communicating with each other, along with fighting. But I’ve never written smut in my life. Also I barely remember the TYL arc (better than the later ones, but not by much) so I’d have to look that up again, and probably more (likely re-reading the whole thing), but that’s a minor issue.

Red Raven

Cave Canem

What it is : An early canon divergence in which Ricardo gets lost in the panic of the five days of blood and is believed to be dead, while Walter meets Calogero at Castor Arte and decides to follow him around out of a mutual hatred of the Scaggs. Anyway Ricardo joins the Red Ravens because he believes he was abandoned and can’t trust the mafia anymore, while Walter more or less gets adopted by Calogero and becomes Laura’s right hand.

Why I want to write it : I just. I love this manga so goddamn much,,,,,,, Also Walter and Ricardo are very similar while being pretty different, and the changes in dynamics a switch would make are. Pretty darn interesting. I made sketches. I want to see what would stay the same and what would go differently. I want to send more Red Raven content into this world.

Why I don’t want to : This fandom is comprised of three people and a crow, and I know myself well enough to be certain I’ll have trouble staying motivated in these conditions. Also this would be Long, I can feel it. And I don’t really have a scenario planned, so that’s that.

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle

What it is : A canon divergence (?) in which Fai (the dead one, not our Fye) is a dream-walker and meets child Kurogane a few times this way. At one point, Kurogane promises to find Fai and Yui and to help them, no matter what. Later, the then grown Kurogane is eternally confused by Fye’s presence for one more reason.

Why I want to write it : It’s an old headcanon of mine that Fai is a dream-walker, I figured I might as well do something with it. Also I want to write this kid !! Give him some life !! And of course the KuroFye angst might just triple from this. Also, the truth is that I started this one (in January 2018...), and it looks promising. I already have a structure for the first arc, so that’s neat.

Why I don’t want to : For one, it would be Long, and as mentioned earlier in this post, I don’t think I’d have the strength to go through this again. For two, TRC is a cool story that I like a lot, but I hardly think about it anymore most of the time.

Whispers under my skin

What it is : A canon divergence in which Cedric (still in his kind librarian skin) seduces Matt as a way to get to Will, and it backfires horribly when he realizes he is loved by this human and Phobos will never love him like that, and he will never get what he really wants. So at the final battle in Meridian, instead of going full Super Saiyan Lizard, he betrays Phobos. He gets badly injured, but he also gains a half-freedom as thanks from Kandrakar, in the way of a human life (plus some minor magic if the girls allow him to) and a duty to help the Guardians in their mission.

Why I want to write it : Like many of my dream-inspired things, it is very weird, and for once I think it’s a very good thing. Yes I had a dream in which Matt and Cedric had A Thing, no don’t ask me how that happened I don’t control my brain. Anyway, I’ve always liked Cedric and I want to explore his character, and the dynamics he could form with the girls in such different circumstances. Also, I’d get to play around with the magic system, which is very cool.

Why I don’t want to : I re-read my w.i.t.c.h. comics maybe once every two years, and while some of them still make me cry (why did you have to die you filthy lizard man), it’s probably not enough of a basis to start a Long Fic. Also it would be Long and I am tired. And ! I don’t have nearly enough references at home and that means I’d have to look shit up, and the wiki is Not Great, from what I’ve seen.

Yes! Those are really good!! I have a couple fics on FFN that I like. There’s:

1. Prince Belphegor‘a Guide To Parenting by AllThingsVaria which is a Harry Potter crossover where Bel finds baby Rose Potter (female Harry) on Petunia’s doorstep after going on a mission, to blow off steam from his grandfather needling him about getting a wife and producing an heir to the throne, and Has An Idea.

2. A Rain Cloud in a Stormy Sky by AmberPaladin which is also a Harry Potter crossover staring Ivy Rose Potter. Ivy runs away from the Dursley's four days into summer break after fourth year, sneaking into diagon alley and paying a visit to gringotts she then makes her way to italy. It’s a bit blunt with more abusive topics from the dursleys and it definitely does its share of dumbles bashing but its pretty much limited to him. Overall though its actually pretty good.

3. Parallel axis of Sawada Tsunayoshi by Fantasy-Magician this is a slight crossover with gakuen. Basically, Byakuran and shoichi play around with the Vongola rings and give younger alternate versions of the sky trinisette, and their guardians, the memories of the post cannon characters. There are a few differences between the two realities but the biggest is that alternate Tsuna has a twin brother named Natsu who, for once, isn’t a lunatic who hates Tsuna.

4. Light up the Sky by Countess Millarca which is a Naruto crossover where Naruto is reborn as Tsunayoshi. It’s crack(ish) and hilarious, oh and also kurama. The summary actually does a really good job of summing up the vibe of this story so i’ll just put it here: When Uzumaki Naruto breathed his last, he didn't expect to wake up in the world of the living again. He was old, and tired, and so, so ready to move on. And, well… he wanted to see his wife again, dammit! But, of course, that wasn't what happened.

5. Of Organized Crime and Schizophrenia by AshGopal which is another Naruto crossover but instead of Naruto himself its the Sannin. With Tsunade as Tsuna. it’s a bit dark and graphic but its pretty good.

6. Tsuna’s Fantastical Pokemon Adventure by haplesshippo which is a Pokemon crossover set in the pokemon universe where tsuna is afraid of pokemon but is a really good person willing to help an angry houndoom just because it’s injured and no one else would get close to it and thus prove himself to said houndoom and get dragged along by the houndoom on a pokemon adventure. I bet you can guess who the houndoom is.

7. Scorched by RenegadeWarrior where Tsuna saves(?) a baby phoenix and gives it a home when he’s a kid and raises it with the help of his mom. the phoenix is named Tsubird, loves Tsuna above all else, and is willing to cause as much chaos as needed to keep him happy and/or to get what she wants which also might be chaos.

8. No One’s Here To Sleep by mokona-pyuh which is a Naruto crossover where Gaara is reborn as Skull. Or as the author put it: In which Shukaku doesn’t take kindly to the Akatsuki trying to rip him from Gaara, panics, snags both of their souls and sends them across dimensions to a new body.

9. Tsuna’s a What? by ariathal2410 where the author has a really good summary: When Tsuna is young, he gets into an occult phase. Problem is, he never really grows out of it, because he’s actually really good at it. Reborn can only adapt as best as he can when he comes to train him. Oneshot.

10. The Epic Rivalry of Sasagawa Kyoko and Sawada Tsunayoshi by Dandelion-san where Tsuna Cooks and well, has an Epic Rivalry with Kyoko. An Insane rivalry. it’s crack, so crack, and i love it.

Ayyy thank you so much for the message! I’m super glad you liked Burning pile! I was really nervous about publishing it cause y’know, new fandom, new people, no idea if you guys will like it or hate it etc. But everyone’s been really nice!

I do take prompts! I can’t guarantee that I’ll get them done fast, but I’ll try my best! 

As for your prompt, lmao, I actually got this scene in my wips already. No idea if it’ll end up in a fic one day, but it just might. So tell me what you think and don’t be afraid to send me more (gen) prompts!

“Goodafternoon, Yuni. It’s good to see you again,” Tsuna greets, gets up from theground and tries to brush the worst of the dirt off his otherwise impeccablethree piece suit. He already knows that the suit is a lost cause and even gettingit to dry-clean within an hour wouldn’t be enough to save it, but Reborn wouldshoot him if he didn’t at least try to look presentable.

Then heturns to the other person. “Byakuran. Care to explain why you thought it to bea good idea to kidnap me in such an… eccentric manner?”

“Normal is boring, Tsunayoshi-kun. You don’texpect me to kidnap you in a normal manner, do you?” he says with a wave of hishand, like it’s the most logical thing in the universe.

Tsuna giveshim a bland look. “I apologise. Allow me to rephrase that question. Why am Ihere?”

Byakuranpractically beams. “Because I was bored! So I kidnapped you! Hm? Why are youputting on your gloves, Tsunayoshi-kun? Do you think you- oh, hello, Natsu- youthink you can-”

He dodgesthe flaming fist aimed straight for his face. Tsuna stands in front of him,eyes glowing amber, flames on his fists and forehead, Natsu perched on hisshoulder. There’s the distinctive putrid stench of burning hair in the air andByakuran runs a hand through his singed silver hair.

“I thoughtyou couldn’t enter the Hyper Mode without those pills.”

“Normally Ican’t,” Tsuna explains calmly, “but when I get the strong resolve to dosomething, like punch someone in the face, then it’s actually fairly easy.”

Byakuran’ssmile only grows wider. “Dying Will or not, do you really think you can winagainst me?”

Tsunaraises an eyebrow. “You think I can’t?”

Byakuranblinks twice. “Oh,” he says.

“I’ll go make tea,” Yuni offers, lookingbetween the two of them with a faint smile. “Green tea, right, Sawada-san?”

“Thank you,Yuni,” Tsuna calls after her as she disappears into the house.

Byakuran’s smilegrows strained.

“Shit,” hesays.

Ten minuteslater Tsuna is sitting next to Yuni on the porch, blowing steam off his cup oftea.

“Don’t you thinkyou went a little too far?” Yuni asks.

Tsuna sipsat his tea, sparing just a glance at the smoking crater in the middle of thegarden. Byakuran hasn’t moved yet.

“Voi! What are you doing here trash?” Squalo’s loud as always, but he’s not as loud as normal and his tone... brr. It could flay a man to bits.

And Lambo was only a teenager, but he was on a mission.

“I’m here for my own reasons.”

“And don’t you know you’re a persona non grata?”

As was the Decimo, and the rest of his ‘Guardians.’ As Lambo knew. It didn’t change his mission. “Yes.”

“Then get out before I kill you and unlike Boss I’ll make it quick.” The best offer of mercy, from Squalo that Lambo could expect. “I’ve got other things to do.”

“Ah, but you should be interested in what the great Lambo has to say.”

“And you have no authority to make me listen. You don’t have the Ring.” Squalo pointed out with deadly accuracy.

The Vongola Rings were something that Tsuna-nii had decided to destroy and Lambo failed to understand why he did that. The Rings couldn’t be counterfeited, had a potency beyond others and more importantly were a symbol of power.

A symbol that this man or woman spoke for the Vongola and that any organization affiliated would listen. A symbol of authority.

Destroying those had fractured the Vongola beyond all understanding, but it wasn’t like Tsuna-nii could understand that. Being dead and all.

“It’s an idea, I’ve got, to prevent all this. Erase this particular time-line or at least cancel it out.”

“You’re talking nonsense, trash.” Squalo stated.

“No, no, let the cow-scum talk.” Another voice that Lambo knew, said. It was pretty much the only sound the Boss of the Varia made as he approached and it was unnerving to see his eyes bright like that in the dim light. No wonder why the man was said to be a demon. All his instincts said to run, but he was fucking scared stiff.

Remember the mission. He reminded himself. And to breathe.

“I’ve had this bazooka for years now. I know all it’s quirks and how to make those happen. Like sending a mind back and extending the time.” Lambo explains in a rush, proud his voice didn’t crack during it.

“That’s all well and good-”

“Useless, scum. Whoever you sent back would eventually come back and then their past self has to adjust to whatever their future self did, blind.”

Pretty much what happened to any user of the bazooka.

“Usually.” Lambo drawled, agreeing with that. “There’s a few specifics that I’ve managed to work out. It’s not like the Bovino would give their most cutting-edge research to a child of five, especially one with all my bad habits.”

Neither of the Varia say anything, although Squalo scowls. Lambo tries to remember to breathe because he tends to forget precisely how terrifying Xanxus is; there air is thick with power around the Varia’s Boss and Lambo feels the weight of it pressing on his lungs.

“Who were you planning this for?”

“Either you or Squalo. Maybe both. You’d have to get to the Sky Arcobaleno, so that you don’t wake up one morning with no clue of what you’ve been doing the past few months. The Sky Pacifier can make miracles of time and space possible, as I heard Reborn say, which is how I think Byakuran and the Millefiore are winning so blatantly. Yuni’s younger than I am, so it’s not like it’s impossible to manipulate her to work for him. It’s highly likely.”

“Aria of the Giglio Nero... the Vongola are neutral with them. Then.” That Xanxus is considering the idea is good, better than he hoped for. Considering all his hopes pretty much died when Tsuna-nii died. “But still only ten years.”

“Not always.“ Lambo manages to smile as he says that. “Ten years is a safety mechanism. Disable that and I can get back further, or a little less than twice. Back when the Vongola had more than a single bloodline candidate for heir.”

Squalo gives him a wide-eyed look, but Lambo doesn’t stop.

“I love Tsuna-nii and I believe in his dream of a more peaceful world, but at some point idealism meets reality. Taking weapons way from those that would misuse them, sure. Try to avoid killing more than absolutely necessary, not a bad idea. Trying to destroy the mafia? That’s madness. You’re talking about an idea, which as bloody and messy as it is has structure, reasons for action or inaction and isn’t absolute chaos. It’s a culture and one shaped by human nature at its worst and has been here, shaping politics and lives for decades upon decades. Destroying the mafia’s not going to work, so I think he tried the next best thing and tried to destroy the Vongola. It’s just his timing sucked and no one managed to explain to him that the Vongola might be mafia, but the Vongola prevents the absolute worst from happening by being the best.”

“And he broke you.” He hears Xanxus say, which sounds about right.

“He died. He died believing in his dream, without a single one of us around him to prevent it. Fuck, Bakadera and I were the ones who got his body first!”

And a terrible, no-good, horrible, very bad day didn’t even begin to cut it. Ryohei was called in first, as Gokudera tried to revive Tsuna-nii, but then all Ryohei did was call in Hibari, after pulling them both off.

Hibari who at least had the decency to inform Mamman that her only child by blood was dead. Lambo had pulled himself together well enough for him and I-pin to take care of her until Iemitsu whisked in and left the mess of a hurricane in his wake, the day after she had realized that Lambo and I-pin had removed everything she could have killed herself with.

Lambo had left as Gokudera started pulling funeral arrangements -such as they were with the Vongola being hunted by the Millefiore- together.

Lambo has no idea how he ended up on his knees, tears in his eyes, but he gets no placatory words of condolence from the two Varia. A firm warm hand on a shoulder and that’s it.

It’s Xanxus’ which makes Lambo choke on a sob, because sympathy from a devil? Who would have expected it?

Except Lambo doesn’t want it, so he throws the hand off and stands up. “So, who’s going to the past?”

Because that’s his mission: to prevent this from ever happening. And then he’ll go to the girls, to Haru and Kyoko and see about protecting them, as Tsuna should have been.

So a lot of older KHR blogs started coming back recently, many of which left prior to me joining the KHR RPC. So when a lot of people started coming back who already knew each other, you had me like ????????????????????????????? who are all these people. What is going on? Is there a reunion that I didn’t know about--

Still, it was nice to see people coming back and I was happy for them. Memory serving, I saw people talking about Rena and Sunhee on the dash at the same time. I will openly admit (my stupidity) in which I honestly thought they were both the same person at first. 

I’m dumb. Sue me. 

So, I was just very confused to say the least. It didn’t take long for me to realize-- oh they’re two different people. Gotchaaaaaaaa. I honestly can’t remember... but I wanna say I was followed on Hibari’s blog first and then Haru’s? Or it’s the opposite. Idk. 

Either way I was shocked in both cases, so kek. 

Hibari= I know that a lot of people are very uncomfortable when it comes to dupes so I was like-- welp... probably won’t expect a follow from this blog. I was wrong. 

Haru= MMmmmnnnn Byakuran, Hibari, Belphegor, and Tsuna. Mmmmm don’t think i’ll see a follow lol--- again, I was wrong. I told you about it before via discord that I just am very wary of KHR folks due to the way Haru was treated/rejected back then. Shipping reasons. So uh--- I-- uh... um... I may come across as a Tsuna hater with the way I write sometimes, but I honestly don’t hate him? I just--- understand that Haru would’ve been hurt by the way he pined for Kyoko and would sometimes push her aside so to speak. I’ve been there, so I know the feel. So that’s why I go into that in threads often, to explain how it impacted Haru. I can come across as a Tsuna hater (from what i’ve been told) so I was like ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; welp. Probably won’t see a follow. whoops. I refuse to refrain from explaining my character development. //slams hands. I’m no Tsuna hater, I swear. //slams hands more.

So, after the shock of seeing the follows, and having to ensure that I was not hallucinating, I followed back. I was going through a lot at work around this time, so a few details are honestly a blur to me. 

Still, I do recall we did start threading:

ANYWAYS, I do recall that we did talk about Tsuna and Haru a lil bit. Discussed how Haru has grown out of her puppy love phase and what not. From what I saw, it didn’t look like there was any rejection on that notion, so I felt free to go with that premise in the thread we have. kek. I see my chance and i’ll take it. Always. 

I remember being initially confused by Emi when I first read through the information bc I was like ‘wait-- how old does that make my muses-- wait--- does that mean I need to find new Face claims?’ I groaned inwardly. The whole world could hear it. 

Luckily for me, I could play TYL Hibari. KEK. No new FC? Score. Kek. Anyways, I do work full time and i’m just chaotic when it comes to my schedule. I get distracted easily too. So I do miss a lot, but I do like to read things when I see something on my dash. So I can admire people’s writing and characterization. heh. 

Pretty sure I did a number of that prior to you following me and me being ?????????????? How is this possible. I am bean. Putting it simply, I just can’t imagine people following me lol. It’s a shock to me, always. 

I lost my train of thought. Moving onto another topic bc i’m typing my thoughts real-time. As a mun, we’ve talked quite a bit either through im or via discord. As such, I feel very comfortable towards you as a person? You have such a gentle and kind personality and it’s very comforting. 

A very happy jelly bean, you are. I love your oc (please note singularity), and threading with her is a lot of fun. The fact that you love my OCs in return is like ????????????????????? why love this child. He’s not that special. He’s dumb bean. I appreciate the love. 

Just knowing that you’re so willing and up to rp various things with me is very comforting to me. Later being told that I helped you come to like Haru more is such a big compliment to me and it just makes me happy. Mainly because, it shows that you trusted me enough to be honest with me about it? I think it was the general enthusiasm you have that was the reason why I looked at Aro’s (my dA friend) sketch adopts she was selling and went: I SHOULD MAKE ANOTHER OC. Haru was steadily getting used to getting more ‘missions’ to do from a certain someone. Odd, considering they were rather slow and virtually nonexistent before. 

Alas, who is Haru if not an agreeable person who can play along with the whims of others. Staring at her mission prompt, she starts thinking about it. “Mmn... could text it over... but that’s not the same. Call to meet just for that?” A noncommittal hum. Ah, she was just leave it to chance and be prepared for their next encounter. Yes yes, that works. 

Now the most important bit, what compliment to give? Folding her arms over her chest, she thought about it, her head tilting to one side and then the other every so often. What were some things to compliment a person over? 

She started tapping her fingers on her crossed forearms as a way to count with them. Common things to compliment someone on would be something like: 

Hey, I like your outfit! - Possible, but not so personable.

Your sense of style is nice- Same as above. 

Any compliment regarding their physical appearance - It felt wrong to just default to something so-- basic. It also felt shallow. She squints at the thought. 

You’ve good taste in desserts- a bit more personable. It makes sense. Sweets are an important part of any Haru’s life, so that’s truly a compliment. Anyways, pass. 

You have a nice smile - Mn. Maybe that one would sound sarcastic. It is admittedly a bit intimidating. Hm. 

Could compliment on a skill? - I only know that he likes to make things but I haven’t tried any creations yet. I don’t know of any other hobbies. Hm.

This is hard. Thinking on their interactions thus far and how she felt throughout, a different idea came to mind. 

Ah. Maybe-- that would work?

“Hahi! Byakuran-san!” Haru waves and flags him down. “Haru found you first-desu! Third time’s the charm as they say.” Was she keeping track of how many times either one found the other first? 

No... absolutely not. (spoiler: yes she is)

Why? It’s funny, of course. Consider it a challenge of ‘where’s Byakuran-san’. She definitely was playing on easy mode compared to him- whoops!

Ah, right, she had something to say! She was getting distracted with her own thoughts again. 

“You know, i’ve been thinking on it recently. Haru finds that you have a comfortable ‘vibe’ to you. She finds your company enjoyable and it’s nice when we talk about different things. It can be silly, it can be deep, or whatever else. Basically, Haru finds you pleasant company.” 

Huhu, that surely counts as a compliment? Right?

Byakuran‌• Byakuran isn’t going to try and win you back right away. Cause no matter what it is he did, even if it was something as horrible as cheating, he doesn’t see why you had to have a piss fit and leave him like that. So at first he’s gonna be having the mindset that he shouldn’t have to go after you, cause you’re the one in the wrong here. And there’s another part of him that’s also like, hey, whatever! I don’t need you! I can get any other woman I want, you don’t mean anything. But really, he just expects you’ll come back on your own. You’ll soon realize you’re kicking a fuss for nothing and you miss him so you’ll just come back and apologize on your own. And then he can forgive you and everything can go back to normal. ‌• But as more and more time goes on and you still haven’t come running back to him he starts to have doubts. Maybe you won’t actually come back. Maybe you’re waiting on him. Maybe you’ve found someone else. Just the thought of you with another man or woman sets his blood to boiling. He’s thinking about you almost every moment of every day, wondering what you’re doing and why you still aren’t here and he just doesn’t understand what’s going on. He needs you to come back. You’re ruining every day of his because he can’t focus on anything wondering what you’ve been up to without him. ‌• Byakuran has to see you. He contemplates just trying to call you or text you or Skype you, but there are too many chances for you to just not pick up, and he doesn’t have the time for that. Besides that he wants to see what you’re doing, what you’ve been up to, and if there is someone new in your life he wants to be able to get them the heck out right then and there. So he shows up uninvited to your house, stops you from slamming the door in his face and forces himself in. And then, instead of offering up any apology, he just goes “Alright, ______-chan, you’ve played this silly game of yours long enough. Don’t you think it’s about time you came home?”‌• And he had always just expected you to nod and go along with him. But of course you didn’t. And instead you’re yelling at him, telling him that you can’t keep putting up with whatever it was he did to make you leave in the first place, and that you won’t go back unless he decides to change, which you know he’ll never do. And he keeps up arguing back that he didn’t do anything wrong and you were being a baby. And then you push him out of your house and slam the door in his face. ‌• He’s just confused. He doesn’t understand what he did wrong. He stomps back home in a temper and just paces his room as he tries to work through everything you said and figure out what’s wrong here. What the heck did he do? He doesn’t understand. He can’t sleep, tossing and turning in bed, mind running a hundred miles a minute. ‌• And then the most extravagant of gifts start showing up at your door. He especially loves sending flowers. You’ll get enough bouquets in the next week to fill your entire living room. He’ll send you your favorite candy, these beautifully expensive dresses, jewelry, anything and everything you could ever want. None of them have any notes on it, and you don’t see anything of him during this week of gifts. You don’t even think you see any spies he might have watching you, and you’ve been looking for them pretty hard. ‌• The last bouquet he delivers himself. And this time you don’t slam the door in his face, mostly because you’re just so surprised. And he tells you, in the most romantic way he can think of, that he loves you, every bit of you, and he’s incredibly sorry about what he did and that he will change. All he wants is for you to take him back, because he can’t live without you. ‌• There are a lot of things he could’ve done to push you away, but if you were annoyed with him for something silly, like you didn’t like how childish he could act sometimes, or you didn’t like how he killed people so often, he won’t actually change. That’s just a part of who he is. He’ll just try to tone it down or hide it when you’re around. But if it was something big, like he cheated on you, then he will probably legitimately not do it again. Because he had hid it the first time and you’d found him then, so he probably can’t get away with it again. And if he messes up like that again, he knows you’ll be gone for good. But honestly, with Byakuran, he’ll probably forget all about this incident. So maybe 5, 10 years from now he’ll forget all about it and might, just might, cheat again. In which case you find out and leave him just like he should’ve expected, and this time he can’t find you.

Dino ‌• Dino will feel like absolute shit. No matter what it was that made you leave, he knows it’s his fault and he hurt you really badly and he never wanted to hurt you like that, he loves you. He’ll really just wallow, at first. He won’t even think of trying to win you back, because he feels he doesn’t deserve you anyway. He’ll end up drinking a lot, and even going to the club or bar and picking up random chicks. It only makes him feel 100x worse, though. He’s only thinking of you, and this person is definitely not you. He’ll throw them pretty rudely out of his house if he took them there, though usually it’s either his car or even the restroom at wherever he found them. He’ll still throw them out really rudely. And he starts to cry afterwards, because he feels like this is just reinforcing the idea that you left him because he’s a pile of trash and you deserve better anyway. ‌• So he’s really conflicted, he wants to go after you, because he just really can’t live without you, but he doesn’t think he deserves you. So in the end he doesn’t do anything. He doesn’t go after you. He just hopes you have a better life, that you’re happy without him, because he certainly isn’t happy without you.‌• He really can’t seem to keep away from you, though. He needs to see you. He knows where you’ve been staying recently, so he hides outside your place and waits for you to leave. He watches you walk to the grocery store. You stop and talk to this woman with a dog, and you just look so happy when you’re petting that puppy; he forgot how much he loved your smile. He almost follows you into the store, he has this almost overwhelming urge to run up to you and fall on his knees and apologize, he just wants you back, but he doesn’t. He leaves instead. He was too nervous, and he really didn’t want you to see him like this. ‌• He struggles like this for a while. He really convinces himself he shouldn’t see you, that he should leave you alone and that you were better off without him. But it was so hard! You were on his mind every second of every day. He was getting near to no sleep, and the bit he did get he was plagued with nightmares of you. It was you with other men or woman, so happy without him. Or it was you crying alone in your room after finding out he’d cheated on you, regardless of whether that actually happened or not. It was you leaving him. He hated going to sleep. He hated his dreams. It only made him feel worse about himself, a reminder that you were gone and he didn’t deserve you and it had been him that pushed you away.‌• He starts to put his everything into his work. He gets pretty ruthless, too, often taking upon himself jobs he’d usually relegate to one of his subordinates. He needs something to take his mind off things, and it only helps for a little while. As soon as he’s alone again he’s thinking of you. It’s difficult. He’s trying so hard to forget about you. ‌• One night, he just falls apart. He can’t do this anymore. He can’t live without you. He knows he’s being selfish but he doesn’t care, he doesn’t care if you’re happier without him, if he’s a pile of shit that doesn’t deserve anything happy in his life, he needs you. It’s late, and he surprisingly hasn’t even had much to drink that night, but he doesn’t care. He goes to your house, and knocks loudly at your door. As soon as you open the door, rubbing sleep from your eyes, he falls to his knees and starts crying. He begs for your forgiveness. He tells you he can’t live without you, that you’re his everything, and he’ll never, ever, do anything to hurt you like that ever again. He’ll make sure you’re cared for, he’ll buy you anything you could ever want, he’ll never hurt you again. He repeats that bit quite a few times. And he repeats often how sorry he is. He won’t stop talking until you kneel down in front of him and touch him. Maybe you grab his arm, pet his hair, touch his hand, just get his attention somehow. And he’s surprised, and he looks up at you even though he can barely see through the tears, and you tell him calm down, it’s okay, I forgive you. ‌• You have to pull him into your arms for a hug yourself, cause he’s too shocked to move. He would’ve never dreamed you’d actually take him back. He doesn’t stop crying, or telling you how much he loves you. You were the only good thing in his life, he’ll say, and he just can’t bear to continue without you. ‌• He never again in all his life do whatever it was that pushed you away. He couldn’t bear to have you leave him again. Because if he did, and you did leave him again, he really didn’t think he’d be able to go on living. He won’t take the chance. And he shouldn’t have hurt you like that to begin with.
